Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for full-time night shift roles in Tolleson, AZ. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with a scheduled raise to $22.73 per hour after 12 months; shifts run Sunday 5:00 PM–1:30 AM or 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with additional overtime as needed.

You will help ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and operate power equipment with on‑the‑job training. Ideal candidates have entry-level experience, can walk long distances within a shift, and can lift

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
• Repetitive lifting of 20 to 50 lbs throughout a shift without assistance.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37–42 °F) for at least 80% of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment – training provided.
