Job summary

Staff Management Solutions, LLC in Champaign, IL is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) to support production of eco-friendly bottles and containers. You will monitor quality and operate cross-trained equipment in a climate-controlled factory environment.

The role requires no educational prerequisites, but you must lift up to 60 pounds, use a hand pallet jack, and handle a rotating schedule (3 days on, 2 off; 2 on, 3 off).

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights with a rotating 3-on/2-off schedule.
• Able to use basic hand tools, including a hand pallet jack.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a productive team member.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture eco-friendly bottles and containers while monitoring product quality throughout the process.
• Cross-train on various factory equipment and processes related to production, sorting, picking, and packing.
