Job summary

Freight Breakers in White Haven, PA seeks a Nightshift Warehouse Associate (Loading & Unloading) to move freight safely and efficiently on a full-time, on-site basis. This role offers productivity-based earning potential, with typical daily earnings of $200–$250 and $16–$25+ per hour, depending on volume and performance.

The position features four 10-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–5:30 AM) weekly, with overtime opportunities based on operational needs.

Qualifications

Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Pass a pre-employment background screening.
Pass a drug screening.
Be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Have dependable transportation to and from work.
Be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Move packages from conveyor systems into outbound trailers using hands/scan with handheld devices.
Track freight movement with handheld scanners.
Move rolling containers and cages to support loading.
Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Remove packages from inbound trailers and place on conveyors for unloading.
Scan freight during unloading and sort into containers or staging locations.
