Job summary

Target is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Associates at our Elmhurst, IL location. Shifts include 7:00PM-5:00AM and 6:00AM-4:00PM on a Wednesday through Saturday pattern, with starting pay at $22.75 per hour and a pay range up to $26.00 per hour. A shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour may apply based on eligibility. Progression may raise pay with tenure in this role. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must understand, speak, and read English to follow safety policies and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for safe operations in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in solo or team work.
