HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Vacuum Truck Operator for the Night Shift to support safety-driven field operations across service lines. You will operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting and related equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and DOT requirements.

The role requires hands-on equipment operation, ability to supervise a crew of technicians, and the discipline to maintain vehicles and logs. Night shift availability and valid CDL are required.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B is required to drive company vehicles.
  • Experience operating a vacuum truck is essential.
  • Ability to understand safety training in English and follow emergency instructions.
  • Night shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as safety representative for company and customer policies.
  • Operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting and related equipment.
  • Operate special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
  • Transport equipment and personnel to job sites.
  • Complete pre/post trip inspections and logs per DOT rules.
  • Direct a crew of vacuum technicians and coordinate activities.
  • Provide field maintenance and load/unload hoses as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
