Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking candidates for Packaging Utility and Operator roles in Plymouth, Indiana. The position offers a rotating schedule with 7pm–7am shifts, 2 ½ days on and 2 ½ days off, and a 6-hour shift on Wednesdays. Weekly pay, and benefits after direct hire, are included as the company grows.

Applicants should be able to lift 75+ lbs, stand for long periods, and pass background checks and a drug screen. Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours).
• Steel toe boots required.
• Must submit to free background checks.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the production lines.
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure production orders meet specifications.
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Be flexible to move to different production lines and areas as needed.
