Job summary

The Utilities Maintenance Technician at Eli Lilly and Company will join the Kenosha County campus to service, repair, and maintain HVAC and utilities systems, including GMP and non‑GMP environments. You will work with Operations to improve uptime, troubleshoot issues, and support production needs on a night shift (3‑2‑2 schedule).

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of automation experience, and strong documentation skills in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automation experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Able to communicate technical and business information effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC (GMP and Non‑GMP) and Utilities systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document repair actions in CMMS software.
• Assist in engineering changes and safety procedures.
• Work with Operations to meet production needs.
