FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Utility Operator/Technician 3 for our Holly Springs, NC site. The role operates, maintains, and repairs critical utility systems on a 2/2/3 night shift (6pm–6am).

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of experience in Utility Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor utility systems including compressed gases, cooling towers, steam, chillers, boilers, HVAC, fire alarm, and site utilities.
• Monitor equipment performance; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze utility data to identify improvements; implement energy-saving measures and optimize usage.
• Perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment; complete lubrication, filtering and cleaning tasks.
