Job summary

Signal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer to help protect residents and property across Central East Florida. You’ll be a vigilant, dependable protector contributing to safety every day. The role includes patrols, access control, incident reporting, and assisting visitors.

Shifts are Wednesday through Sunday 9pm–3am in Daytona Beach, with required Florida Class D license and a reliable vehicle. We offer onboarding and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be always alert and ready for anything.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Good communication, written and verbal.
• Able to walk, drive, or stand for long periods.
• Background and drug test clearance required.
• Florida Class D Security license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and security checks of the premises.
• Ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities.
• Manage access control to facilities, enforcing property rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting and directing visitors as necessary.
