Job summary
Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Birmingham, AL. This 13-week assignment pays $1,774 to $2,003 weekly and starts 10/12/2026. You will work nights, with a 3, 12-hour shift schedule (19:00–07:00) and Epic as the charting system.
Openings: 4. Requires AL or Compact license and 1 year RN experience. LTACH facility with comprehensive benefits and housing options provided where eligible.
Qualifications
- 1 year RN experience.
- AL license or Compact license required.
- LTACH experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-down nursing care to LTACH patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care.
