Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg Float RN to work night shifts in Warren, MN. The role requires an MN RN license, ACLS and BLS, and at least two years of RN experience, with the ability to float between Med/Surg and ER units.

The assignment is 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and potential weekend/holiday coverage; benefits include day-one health insurance, 401(k), stipends, and travel-related reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years' RN experience required.
• Must be comfortable working in both Med/Surg and ER environments.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting floating between Med/Surg and ER units.
• Care for both medical/surgical and emergency room patient populations.
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Full-time 13 week assignment.
• Floating between units is required.
• Must be able to adapt to a variety of patient care needs across Med/Surg and ER.
• No modules or supplemental online trainings required.
• Night shift schedule may include weekends and holidays.
