Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Texas. The role runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with 36 hours per week and one opening. The assignment includes lodging and meals with a total weekly pay of $1,999.

Applicants must hold an active TX RN license with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification (or NCCEFM). At least 1 year of L&D experience, including transition, postpartum, and newborn care, is required.

Qualifications

• Active TX RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required (intermediate or advanced), or NCCEFM accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Transition, postpartum, and newborn experience required.
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections.
• Provide care for newly delivered mothers and their newborns.
• Floating to Mother/Baby unit as needed.
