American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Shift Emergency Department position in Oklahoma City, OK. This travel assignment requires an active OK or compact license and ACLS/BLS certifications, with 36 hours per week over three 12-hour nights.

The role focuses on adult ED care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians, with weekend and holiday shifts expected. A 13-week duration and travel-related benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact (eNLC) required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Ability to document and coordinate care efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Adult Emergency Department of a hospital setting.
• Provide care to adult patients presenting with illnesses and injuries.
• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week with weekend requirements.
• No floating or call requirements mentioned.
• Responsible for an assigned group of patients, including documentation and medication administration.
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor and obtain physiological data and intervene as necessary.
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and procedures.
• Delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate.
• Travel radius 50-mile rule; no local candidates permitted.
• Holiday and weekend shifts are required.
