Job summary
St. Mary Medical Center Langhorne, PA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a part-time 12-hour night shift through FirstChoice – Trinity Health. You will float across units, deliver safe patient care, and support a fast-paced hospital environment.
Premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, daily pay, and assistance with licenses and certifications are available. Start date ASAP; hours include 3x12 night shifts; all qualified applicants welcomed.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med/Surg, Tele and PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
- Maintain required credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and across locations/regions.
- Perform nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
- Work autonomously within license and scope of practice.
- Delegate and retain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
- Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
