Candidates must hold BLS and ARRT (R), VA or compact license, and pass fit testing. The position offers travel-friendly benefits, housing allowances, licensure reimbursements, and per diem. On-call rotates; references required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• BLS and ARRT (R) certification required.
• VA or compact license required at time of consideration, if applicable.
• GE scanner experience required.
• Must have no prior license or background check issues.
• Must be able to pass fit testing (PAPR accommodation not available).
• Two professional references required for consideration.

Aufgaben

• Adult acute care and outpatient MRI imaging setting.
• Performs imaging of abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head, neck, brain, face/soft tissue, and spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic).
• Utilizes GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, and PACS equipment.
• Performs special imaging procedures including diffusion, gradient echo imaging, perfusion, and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, Friday-Sunday 8:00 PM-8:00 AM.
• Rotating on-call requirements.
• Located in Coastal Virginia near Virginia Beach and Norfolk, offering access to trails and waterways.
• 3 hours of billable orientation modules required prior to start date.
• RTO requests must be submitted with application and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will still be considered for this allied health position.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
