Job summary

Ally Waste Services is seeking a part-time Trash Collector to join our team. This night-shift role starts at 7 pm and pays $40 per night (not hourly), with PPE provided. You’ll collect bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the dumpster, occasionally documenting the process with photos.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. We offer immediate openings, a part-time schedule, and opportunities for growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Smartphone available for daily reports.
• Able to stand for at least 5 hours.
• Able to carry up to 30 lbs.
• Open-bed pickup truck required.
• GoPro camera worn each night provided by Ally Waste.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster.
• Take and email pictures for daily reports.
• Work the night shift and stay safe on stairs and walkways.
• Represent Ally Waste Services in a professional manner.
