Qualifications

• Five years progressive heavy equipment or transit maintenance experience.
• Two years technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with California CDL (Passenger endorsement) required.
• Experience with diagnostic computer equipment and software required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on coaches following checklists.
• Inspect, repair and test coaches to ensure proper operation.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain paperwork and documentation for repairs and parts.
