Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC in Baytown, TX is seeking a Grader for the night shift. The role inspects and grades tires to ensure they meet quality standards and selects tires for the next stage of processing. This is a physically demanding position conducted in all weather conditions.

You will sort tires by grade, track inventory, and support loading and unloading operations from trucks. Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Detail-oriented with fast inspection speed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade tires to meet quality standards.
• Sort graded tires and track inventory.
• Load and unload tires from trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
