Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Thinfilm Process Technician to join our team supporting one of our clean rooms. This technician will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved efficiently and provide process and product support.

Responsibilities include performing tests for engineering in wafer fabrication, monitoring line operations, and supporting process development and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years semiconductor experience as Process Technician or 8+ years non-semiconductor/military technician experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour compressed shifts and a schedule that includes weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and experiments for engineering in wafer fabrication.
• Monitor/audit line operators and provide guidance when product is on the line.
• Test new products and support process development and engineering teams.
