Job summary

Amcor is hiring a Thermoforming Packer in Fremont, Ohio, to inspect and pack finished products for customers on a 12-hour straight-night shift (2-2-3). You will ensure quality, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with emphasis on teamwork and precise packing.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and computer functions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for a 12.25-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled weekends.
• Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality and visual defects.
• Pack products according to customer and Amcor specifications.
• Remove and replace damaged or non-standard parts.
• Sort products as directed by supervisors or Quality Assurance.
• Support machine changeovers and production setup.
• Complete required product and quality checks.
• Keep packing and production areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, GMP, food-safety, and operating procedures.
