Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas seeks a Thermoforming Operator in Plant City, FL to operate and monitor thermoforming lines, perform light maintenance, and support warehousing and shipping functions.

The role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, a safety‑first mindset, and accurate, efficient work. Computer literacy is needed; Oracle/WMS experience is a plus, and forklift operation is preferred. Competitive pay with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Proficiency with computers; Oracle or WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate safely in a fast-paced setting.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming lines and perform light maintenance.
• Use forklift or pallet jack to move finished products.
• Shelving, stacking, and loading pallets and containers.
• Support warehousing, planning, and shipping coordination.
• Audit loading processes and verify load tally sheets.
