Broadcom's Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD) is hiring a night-shift Equipment Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve wafer fab equipment in Northern Colorado. You will support both existing and new processes, and work on a broad set of responsibilities within the Test Equipment Group.

You will develop extensive equipment knowledge, apply specialized skills, and participate in ongoing equipment improvement initiatives, collaborating with the Equipment Team to optimize performance and

Qualifications

• AA degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent training.
• Experience maintaining and repairing wafer fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, vacuum technology and related principles and tools.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve wafer fab equipment in support of existing and new processes.
• Support new and established tool sets and platforms.
• Develop and apply extensive equipment knowledge to complex assignments.
• Contribute to equipment improvement and optimization as part of the Equipment Team.
