Unlimited Technology is seeking a Technical Specialist II in Washington, DC to provide advanced technical support and ensure the integrity of our client services and systems. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality installations and support on complex security solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise access control and surveillance systems, including software and hardware integration.
• Experience with design and protocols for security applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time while ensuring quality of work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.
• Night shift Hours and rotating schedules including weekends 11pm-7am Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues related to physical and IP security systems.
• Conduct system performance analyses to improve operational efficiencies and implement enhancements.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure high-quality installations and adherence to project specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing training and support as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining asset inventories and service records for all technical equipment.
