Sheetz, Inc. in Willoughby, OH is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team. You will model excellent customer service, supervise associates, and ensure safe, accurate food and beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs; assist with 40 lbs.
• Age 18+ required; VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with great service and maintain top-tier hospitality.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specs in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store stock, merchandising, rotations, and availability for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and orderly.
