GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Olive Branch, MS. You will read environments, anticipate risk, and act decisively while patrolling retail spaces, airports, and detention centers. The role demands mobility and vigilance throughout a 10pm–6am shift.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
