Job summary

KATSAM PROPERTY SERVICES in St. Louis, MO, is hiring Night Porter/Sweeper Truck Operator to operate sweeper trucks and keep parking lots, sidewalks, and commercial spaces clean and safe.

The role is night shift with 10-hour shifts starting at 8:45 PM for roughly 6:00 AM, four days on and three days off, with additional shifts as needed. Starting pay is $21 per hour with achievable $80 bonus each pay period, and many overtime and bonus opportunities including a $80 driver safety/attendance bonus

Qualifications

• Must have Class E license (or be willing to obtain one) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently at night.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Able to operate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sweeper trucks to clean parking lots and roadways.
• Use backpack blowers on sidewalks and pathways.
• Complete routes with minimal supervision.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
