CareCore Health LLC at Margaret Hall in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team overnight and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive resident outcomes while providing coaching and leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license preferred; LPNs with leadership experience encouraged.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
