Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store operations overnight, delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring product quality and availability. This role emphasizes coaching team members, maintaining safety standards, and driving a positive guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a key leader, you will oversee daily tasks, guest engagement, and store cleanliness while participating in company perks like bonuses, PTO, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, bend/reach and lift up to 20 pounds; assist others with up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages per customer specs, safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach store team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
