TouchPoint Support Services (Compass Group) is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Ascension Providence in Waco, TX. The role directs associates during a specific shift and ensures completion of tasks while maintaining policy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of supervisory experience and will work a 11:00 pm–9:30 am schedule with rotating weekends. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour and includes training and scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the point of contact for employee requests for time off and issues.
