Job summary

Sheetz seeks a capable Supervisor to lead a store team, deliver hospitality, and ensure quality food and service during high-energy shifts. You will mentor staff, manage daily tasks, and support inventory and merchandising to keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law may require Supervisor to be 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
