Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor who is self-motivated, dependable and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. You'll lead a store team to engage customers with hospitality and ensure product availability while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available.
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
