Job summary

Dunkin' | Fram's Donuts Inc is seeking a Store Opener to start at 3:00 am and help run a busy morning shift. The ideal candidate will be reliable, with strong leadership and a flexible schedule to set the tone for the day.

You will prepare food and beverages, take drive-thru and front counter orders, stock, and maintain a clean work area, while delivering great guest service and applying food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders and serve to guests.
• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment and guest areas.
• Stock items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (when applicable).
• Follow and achieve speed of service standards.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
