Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Manager in Delano, MN to lead the overnight crew, break down deliveries, stock shelves, and create product displays. You will greet guests and help them locate items, with duties potentially including cash register operation.

The role requires leading the night team during 11:00pm–7:30am shifts, five days a week with every other weekend, in a grocery store environment that emphasizes guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight crew on duty and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in finding items.
• May operate a cash register during overnight hours.
