• Cross-train across deli, caf, bakery, and cashier duties to ensure quality and safety.
• Lead by example, train and support team members, and keep shift objectives on track.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, following all policies.
• Attend meetings, stay updated on procedures, and communicate with leadership.
