Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required (if applicable).
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by monitoring budgets and expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved with a strong customer service model.
• Coordinate and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Promote a culture of belonging and teamwork through coaching and recognition.
