Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, mentoring and feedback.
• Drive customer service excellence by modeling Walmart's One Best Way (OBW).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial performance for the store area.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory flow, and operational processes support sales goals and customer satisfaction.
