Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled, assist customers, and maintain clean, organized aisles on the sales floor. You’ll move products from backroom to floor, rotate stock, and stock displays while following safety guidelines; physical work with lifting up to 60 lbs and varied shifts including days, evenings, or overnights.

The position emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain display standards.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and answer questions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate stock.
• Keep aisles clean and organized; ensure labeling is accurate.
• Handle freight and restock during shifts as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes to maintain efficiency.
