Job summary

Challenge Unlimited is seeking a Store Worker 1 to support the Operations team at Fort Hood, TX. The role focuses on shelf stocking, display maintenance, and safety-conscious, efficient work practices during nightly shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and basic data entry. Prior warehouse or inventory exposure is helpful, with opportunities to train and grow within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Past work experience in any field. Previous experience in inventory, shipping & handling, or warehouse helpful.
• Requires attention to detail and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Support- Move merchandise by use of non-motorized equipment and clean display fixtures.
• Shelf Stocking- Stock, straighten and rotate merchandise for sale with proper labeling and placement.
• Maintain Display Sales Area- Keep merchandise neat, full, and salable; rotate stock to show new items first.
• Store Support- Clean aisles and ensure signs and labels are present; may use a cardboard baler.
• Employee Relations- Promote company values and ensure safety and customer service.
• Perform other related duties as required.
