Locust Ridge Nursing Home in Williamsburg, OH is seeking experienced full-time State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our Nightshift team. You will provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and professional environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, and teamwork, with duties including bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily living activities, while maintaining resident rights and safety.

Qualifications

• STNA certification is required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect
• Perform other duties as assigned
