Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking a dedicated STNA to join the Nightshift team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and support the health care team to promote resident well‑being.

The role includes maintaining care records, collaborating on care plans, and staying current with best practices through trainings. Night shifts, weekends and holidays available; pay negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.
