Job summary

Aramark, a leading food service provider, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor for the overnight shift at Acrisure Stadium / Suites in Pittsburgh, PA. You will help oversee staff, coordinate operations with the Food Service Director, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service for events.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to resolve conflicts, basic arithmetic, and a sanitation course. Occasional nights and weekend catering events may be required, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and ensure on-time delivery.
