Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The nurse will work within the GA scope of practice and the Northside Nursing Collaborative Care Model.

Qualifications include a BSN, RN license in Georgia, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS are a plus. 6:30p–6:30a shifts with rotating weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per physician orders and established guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care within the Northside Nursing Collaborative Care Model.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
