Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Specimen Technician II in Marlborough, MA for the night shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM) with rotating weekends. The role requires proficiency in Specimen Processing, attention to accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced lab environment.

Salary ranges from $21.09 to $23.09 per hour, with 10% shift differential on some second shift hours and 15% on some third shift hours. Eligible for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 9 months experience in SPT I for internal candidates.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Experience in production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in responsibilities of the SPT I.
• Meets productivity and quality standards.
• Solves more complex problems on a routine basis.
