Heritage Building Maintenance is hiring a Special Services Team Member to join our night shift cleaning crew in central Iowa. You will perform a range of janitorial and floor care tasks, support the microbial and general cleaning teams, and follow safety procedures with proper PPE.

The role involves lifting, driving to sites, and flexible hours including weekends. On-the-job training is provided; prior janitorial experience is valued. Join a small, dedicated team in a growing company.

Formación

• 1-2 years of janitorial experience and knowledge of/experience using floor care and general janitorial equipment is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Six months or more related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
• Work under the Special Services Manager for day and nighttime operations.
• Handle cleaning tasks such as floor finish applications, burnishing, carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning.
• Assist with construction cleaning and post-construction detail work.
• Support the microbial team with disinfection duties as needed.
• Cover regular janitorial duties when needed to support operations.
• Operate cleaning equipment and transport supplies in company vehicle when required.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean janitorial closets and organize supplies.
