Job summary

Clean Harbors Hebron, OH is seeking solvent process operators to join the night shift. You will learn and perform distillation, filtration, and blending within utility units, with primary responsibility for distillation equipment in Hebron. Training on first shift is planned for 1–2 months.

Responsibilities include offloading inbound tankers, sampling, daily checklists, and ensuring safe operation per SOPs. Competitive wages, benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related experience.
• Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required).
• Ability to use computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate distillation units and assist with related tasks.
• Sample trucks and manage lab instructions.
• Complete daily checklists and maintain logs.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor tank levels and PLC alarms; communicate issues promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
