Job summary

Long View Systems is seeking an Intermediate Security Operations Centre Analyst to join either the Denver or Houston team and work an overnight shift. You will monitor security alerts in real time, investigate events, and coordinate remediation with cross‑functional teams across on‑premise and cloud environments.

The role requires 3+ years in incident detection/response, SC-200 certification, and experience with SIEM tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or Sumo Logic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in incident detection and response or cyber forensics.
• SC-200 certification.
• Experience with MS Defender and SIEM tools.
• Familiar with ITIL service management.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in 24x7 operations of the Long View Security Operations Centre.
• Monitor, identify and validate security events using SIEM tools.
• Respond to critical incidents and coordinate remediation with the right teams.
• Provide timely communications and updates during major security events.
• Assist with cloud tech such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
