Job summary

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, legal work eligibility in the US, and the ability to work a 4pm–12:30am shift with on-the-job training provided. Excellent benefits and a dependable schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Manufacturing setting experience preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and use of Warehouse Location Management Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude for production equipment.
• Must maintain dependable attendance and be flexible for non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
• Pass all required forklift and load hog training.
• Understand and follow plant policies and procedures.
• Process work orders, document units handled, and transcribe data for invoicing.
• Promptly and accurately pick customer orders and prepare for shipment (pallet addressing, labeling, wrapping).
• Stage finished product in correct locations or load onto trucks.
• Move freight and materials to/from storage, production areas, docks, and vehicles using hand tools or powered equipment.
• Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
