Job summary

Waffle House is hiring servers in Virginia for full-time and part-time roles. As a Server, you will take orders, deliver the legendary Waffle House experience, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced, team-focused environment with opportunities across shifts. Excellent earning potential comes with tips and daily payouts; the role supports flexible scheduling including days, nights, or overnights.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide all the training you need.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for great service.
