Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• 21+ for armed roles; 18+ for unarmed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, package-handling areas, trailer yards, and loading docks for unusual activity and report concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
