Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Pharma location in Cambridge, MA. The role runs Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM with a pay rate of $22.05 per hour and paid orientation and training, plus free parking.

You will monitor and patrol healthcare-site areas, provide excellent customer service, respond to incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff and patients. Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including parking and entry points.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and maintain a professional environment for personnel and guests.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately per site requirements.
